Your conversations with Vaelu are private to your account. They are not shared with other users, employers, insurance companies, healthcare providers, or any third parties. Vaelu staff do not read your conversations except in cases required by law or to investigate abuse of the platform.
Vaelu uses the Anthropic Claude AI to generate responses. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate replies. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle API data. We encourage you to review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.
We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at vaelu.app@gmail.com.

Vaelu offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Unlimited). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at vaelu.app@gmail.com.

Responses generated by Vaelu are produced by an artificial intelligence system. While we have designed Vaelu to be warm, empathetic, and helpful, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unhelpful. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visionary Consultants LLC (DBA Vaelu) and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Vaelu's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vaelu in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaelu and its founders from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service in a manner not authorized by these Terms.
